In accordance with the latest regulations balanced ventilation has become the standard in modern buildings. With this type of ventilation heat recovery is utilised, the systems are not dependent on weather or wind, the systems can have a variable amount of air and they are simple to regulate and control. In principle balanced ventilation provides the best result.
